Founder & CEO

Ivan Ferreira is the visionary founder and CEO of Legacy Premier Cabinetry. With a solid foundation in the industry, he began his career as a cabinet installer, gaining invaluable insight into the craftsmanship and quality required in cabinetry to create exceptional spaces. After observing a persistent lack of quality in the market, Ivan was inspired to open his own showroom, where he could curate and distribute a selection of the finest cabinet brands in the market. With a combined 12 years of hands-on installation experience and sales expertise, Ivan utilizes his knowledge to ensure that his team has the capacity to bring not only stunning cabinetry, but also exceptional services to every client. His passion for quality and commitment to excellence continue to drive Legacy Premier Cabinetry forward.

Joana Carvalho

Sales Project Supervisor

With a background in Business Logistics and over 13 years of experience in customer relations and sales, Joana Carvalho is a vital part of Legacy Premier Cabinetry’s team. She joined the company nearly five years ago, inspired by its vision for growth, and now oversees projects as a Sales Project Supervisor, ensuring seamless design and client satisfaction. Outside of work, Joana is a proud mother of three and an enthusiast of health and wellness. She’s also an avid Celtics fan who enjoys cooking, trying new dishes, and discovering new places.

Laiana Bellavance

Sales Project Supervisor

Laiana brings a wealth of experience to Legacy Premier Cabinetry, having previously worked as an Urban Architect where she managed on-site teams, planned project budgets, and utilized AutoCAD for design. In her current role as Sales Project Supervisor, Laiana oversees our designers and leads the creation of kitchens, baths, and closets. Her ability to manage both the project and sales aspects ensures a cohesive and successful process for our clients. Outside of work, Laiana enjoys yoga, playing video games, and spending time with her family and dog.

Rodrigo Silva

Quality Assurance Supervisor

Rodrigo Silva joins Legacy Premier Cabinetry with a solid background in Mechatronic Technology and engineering. As our Quality Assurance Supervisor, he plays a crucial role in overseeing orders and ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of quality and functionality. With a focus on efficiency and improvement, Rodrigo’s expertise contributes significantly to our team’s success. Outside of work, he is a passionate musician and soccer enthusiast who values lifelong learning and family time

Lyvia Alves

Operations Assistant

Lyvia Alves joins Legacy Premier Cabinetry with a strong foundation in protocol and documentation management from her time working with the Brazilian state government. As our Operations Assistant, she ensures smooth scheduling, inventory oversight, and seamless delivery coordination, all key to our efficient project flow. Known for her style and attention to detail, Lyvia’s hobbies—puzzling, horseback riding, and photography—reflect her unique blend of precision and artistry, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

John Bahiense

Director of Operations

John Bahiense is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in management and operations. His career began with an internship at the Brazilian state government, where he quickly developed a keen understanding of large-scale operations. After gaining insight into the restaurant business, he moved to the U.S. and rapidly ascended to a management role in a chain restaurant. John then served as operations manager for an international construction group before founding his own consulting firm to help businesses thrive. As Director of Operations at Legacy Premier Cabinetry, he drives growth and efficiency with an international perspective. Outside of work, John enjoys quality time with his family and dog, as well as exploring his passion for cars and watches.

Kawe Tsukamoto

Office Manager

Kawe Tsukamoto began his journey at Legacy Premier Cabinetry at 16, designing closets and getting hands-on experience with the family business. Over time, his role evolved as he discovered a passion for refining company processes, transforming operations to be more seamless and efficient. Now, as office manager, Kawe draws from his understanding of Legacy’s values—gained firsthand from his father, founder Ivan Ferreira—to enhance each part of the client experience. With a creative edge influenced by his love for art, music, and interior design, Kawe continues to bring fresh ideas to the Legacy team.

Ilânia Maximino

Designer

Ilânia brings an impressive background in architecture and urban planning to Legacy Premier Cabinetry, with advanced studies in Furniture Design and Interior Design. With extensive experience in residential projects and custom furniture, she blends functionality and style seamlessly in every detail. As one of our designers, Ilânia is passionate about helping clients bring their dream kitchens and baths to life, ensuring quality and satisfaction in each project. Her dedication to creating inspiring spaces makes her an invaluable part of our team.

Anna Luísa Penido

Designer

Anna Luísa Gomes Penido is a skilled designer at Legacy Premier Cabinetry, bringing a background in Architecture and Urbanism and extensive experience in project design and development. Her expertise spans technical drawing, 3D modeling, and virtual renderings, which she uses to create custom modular furniture and immersive visual models. Known for her proactive, organized, and creative approach, Anna Luísa is dedicated to transforming concepts into functional, stylish spaces that exceed client expectations.
